Fees FAQ
What are disbursements?
Disbursements are out-of-pocket expenses paid on your behalf, such as court filing fees, process server costs, and courier charges. These are billed at cost.
Do you offer legal aid or pro-bono work?
We currently do not accept legal aid certificates. We do, however, offer flexible payment plans to ensure professional assistance remains accessible to all.
How do flat-fee models work?
For predictable matters like simple contracts or notary services, we offer a single upfront price. This provides you with total cost certainty from day one.
What is a retainer fee?
A retainer is an initial deposit held in our trust account. As work is completed and invoiced, the funds are applied toward your legal fees and disbursements.
